1.1 Account Information: When you sign up for an account or log in to the Application, we may collect your phone number, Google account information, or Apple account information, depending on the method you choose to authenticate.
1.2 Push Notifications: If you opt-in to receive push notifications, we may collect and store device tokens and other information necessary to send you push notifications.
1.3 Payment Information: When you make purchases within the Application using the Stripe payment system, we collect and store information necessary to process the payment, such as your payment card details. We do not store any payment card details on our servers; instead, we securely transmit this information to Stripe for payment processing.
1.4 Location Information: To provide you with relevant features like the “Nearby” system, we may collect and use your device’s location information. We will request your consent before accessing precise location data.
1.5 Contact Information: If you choose to use the invitation feature, which accesses contacts on your phone, we may collect and store the contact information necessary to send the invitations.
2. Use of Collected Information
2.1 Personal Information: We use the collected information to:
– Authenticate and authorize your account.
– Provide the requested services and features of the Application.
– Process your payments for vouchers and discounts.
– Send you push notifications related to the Application.
– Improve and personalize the user experience.
– Communicate with you regarding updates, promotions, and important notices.
2.2 Aggregated and Anonymous Data: We may aggregate and anonymize the collected information to perform statistical analysis, monitor trends, and improve the Application’s performance and functionality.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
3.1 Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your personal information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Application, such as payment processors and hosting providers. These service providers are authorized to use your information solely for the purpose of providing services to us.
3.2 Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect and defend our rights or property, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

7. Account Deletion
7.1 User Deletion Option: Users of the Application have the option to delete their accounts at any time. This can be done through the account settings or by contacting our support team.
7.2 Effect of Account Deletion: Upon deletion of the account, all personally identifiable information associated with the account will be permanently removed from our active databases. This includes, but is not limited to, account credentials, contact information, and any other data provided by the user during account registration and usage.
7.3 Retention of Information: While the user’s account and associated personal information will be removed from our active databases immediately upon account deletion, some information may be retained in our backup systems for a limited period before being permanently deleted as part of our routine backup and data retention procedures.
7.4 Inactive Account Status: Following the deletion of the account, the user’s account will be marked as inactive, and no further processing of personal information will occur.
7.5 Backup Data Retention Period: It may take up to 12 months for all traces of the account and associated data to be removed from our backup systems. During this 12-month period, the user’s account information will remain in our backup systems as part of our routine backup processes. However, no active processing or usage of this data will occur during this period.
7.6 Permanent Data Erasure: After the 12-month retention period, the data associated with the user’s account will be securely and permanently erased from our backup systems. This includes all backups and data archives where the user’s information may have been stored.
7.7 Impact on Services: Please note that upon deletion of the account, the user will no longer have access to the services and features provided by the Application. Any data or information associated with the user’s account will be irretrievably lost, and the user will need to create a new account if they wish to use the Application in the future.
7.8 Data Removal Requests: If a user wishes to request the deletion of their account or has any questions regarding the account deletion process, they can contact our support team for assistance.
8. Updates to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy within the Application or by other means. Your continued use of the Application after the effective date of the updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
